FAQ

Do you shoot weddings?

No I do not, but I would be happy to point you in the direction of some fabulous photographers who do!

Where will our session take place?

The BEST photos will be those taken at a place that is meaningful to you and your family and I will travel up to one hour to accommodate any special location requests you may have. However, if you need some help and guidance in choosing a picturesque location, I am here to help!

What kind of gear do you use?

I shoot with a Nikon d780 full frame dslr and primarily use my 85mm or 50mm prime. I love my 70-200mm when shooting action and sports and my 24-70mm for branding.

Do I have to order prints through you?

No, but you should! You do gain printing rights to your photos, however when you decide to print outside my preferred professional photo lab I can not help with any issues such as color or crop imperfections.

How long before I receive my images?

You will receive your images within two weeks of our scheduled photo session.

How many photos will I receive in my gallery?

This depends on what type of session you are booking. For Family sessions, you can expect to receive 25+ fully edited images when you book a Classic session and 4+ images when you book a Mini session. For Sports you can expect to receive 3-5 action images of each player when you book a team shoot or 10+ action images when you book an individual shoot.

What time of day should I plan on having my session

The absolute best time to shoot any outdoor session is golden hour, which begins about 1.5 hours before sunset. On a sunny day, mid morning and afternoon light is just too harsh to produce flattering images that you and I both will feel proud of. Indoor shots offer more flexibility!
