FAQ
Where will our session take place?
For family sessions, the BEST photos will be those taken at a place that is meaningful to you and your family. However, if you need some help in choosing a picturesque location, I am here to help!
For Sports photos, I will travel up to an hour to meet your child and/or team.
How long before I receive my images?
You will receive your images within two weeks of our scheduled photo session.
How many photos will I receive in my gallery?
This depends on what kind of session you are booking. For family sessions, you can expect to receive 20+ images when you book a classic session and 4+ images when you book a Mini session. For sports you can expect to receive 10+ action images when you book an individual session and 3-5 action images of each player when you book a team shoot.
What time of day should I plan on having my session?
The absolute best time to shoot any outdoor photos is during golden hour, which is 1.5 hours or so before sunset. On a sunny day, the late morning and early/mid afternoon light is just too harsh to produce flattering images that you and I both will feel proud of.
What kind of gear do you use?
I shoot with a Nikon d780 full frame dslr and I primarily use my 85mm or 50mm primes to shoot families and portraits. I have a full range of Nikon lenses suitable for photographing sports and branding sessions.
Do I have to order my prints through you?
No but you should! While you DO gain printing rights to your photos, if you decide to print outside of my preferred printing professional photo lab I can not help with any issues such as color correction of crop imperfections.
Do you offer senior photos?
